How long does shipping take for heavy gym equipment?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. For heavy items like power racks or weight plates, we use specialized freight carriers to ensure safe delivery, which may take up to 10 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Yes, we partner with certified technicians in major metropolitan areas to provide professional assembly for home and commercial gym setups. You can select this option at checkout or contact our support team for a quote.
What is the warranty on VULCAN strength equipment?
All VULCAN structural frames come with a lifetime warranty. Barbells and weight plates are covered by a 5-year commercial warranty, while wearable parts like cables and pulleys have a 12-month replacement guarantee.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in a resalable condition. Please note that return shipping costs for heavy equipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Are your weight plates compatible with standard barbells?
Our plates are designed for Olympic-sized barbells with a 50mm sleeve diameter. They will not fit 'Standard' 25mm barbells often found in entry-level retail stores.
